Sedona Casita Amongst the Trees is a perfect getaway for a couple or small group. Built and decorated in true Sedona style, it offers 450 square feet, a loft bedroom, one and a half bathrooms, and can accommodate up to two guests. Located in West Sedona, this guest house is situated on a lovely landscaped property with the owner, in a location that is a quick walk to many popular restaurants and attractions.
Upon entering this charming casita through the front door, you will be greeted by a cozy living room, kitchenette, and dining area. You will enjoy all of the one-of-a-kind and truly unique metal and woodwork architecture designed by Sedona artists found throughout the casita.
Living Room: Stylish and comfortable furnishings, including a twin daybed sleeper sofa around a gas fireplace, and a Smart TV with satellite service fill the living room. The full bathroom on this level has a lovely tile shower.
Kitchenette: This is a very efficient space offering a two-burner gas stove, convection toaster oven, microwave, mini refrigerator/freezer, and a Keurig coffee maker. Additionally, you’ll find a BBQ out on the courtyard patio to make your favorite grilled dishes. There is also a freezer in the garage that is available for your use.
Dining area: The dining area offers bistro/café-style seating for four.
Bedroom: Located in the loft is a queen bed and a half bath. The loft has a low ceiling.
Outdoor areas: The courtyard patio offers seating and a BBQ grill, surrounded by numerous trees for shade and natural privacy. The yard has exceptional landscaping for a peaceful setting.
Laundry room: Yes, private laundry in the garage.
Parking: Driveway parking for one car.
Air conditioning: Yes. Wall mount unit.
Pets: Small dog allowed. Non refundable pet fee $250
