Sedona Coffee Pot Description
As a vacation property management company, we understand the importance location plays in the success of a home but as that same company located in the heart of Sedona, we have to ask, is there such a thing as a bad location in red rock country? We think not, and our 3-bedroom, 2-bath Sedona Coffee Pot home located in the shadow of Coffee Pot Rock is a perfect example. Offering 1580 square feet and the ability to comfortably house up to six travelers, this charming home is surrounded by the magic that can only found in our own Southwest Paradise!
The front door of this wood framed mid-century stunner brings you into a space that is light and bright, offering vaulted ceilings, wood floors, and walls of windows that stare off onto the red rocks that provide a mystical beauty to the Sedona landscape.
Living Room: This main area in the open concept floor plan is filled with plush sofas and chairs, and plenty of natural light provided by the wall of windows along the main entrance wall. A stone-fronted gas fireplace offers warmth in the cooler days of winter and a ceiling fan overhead keeps guests cool during the heat of the summer. Hanging on the wall on one side of the hearth, a 65-inch television provides entertainment while a built-in dry bar on the opposite side of the hearth offers refreshing beverage options once stocked by happy guests; a chess board awaits perched on the bar awaits use as well.
Kitchen: Recently updated, the kitchen offers a splash of drama in its herringbone tile backsplash that alternates the colors of white and charcoal for maximum effect. Marble counters add charm while stainless steel appliances offer a modern beauty that guests will love to utilize. Three teak wood cushioned bar stools front the expanse of the breakfast bar, perfect for chit chatting with the cook of the day.
Dining Area: This space could very easily be considered an eat-in kitchen, due to its proximity. A glass table surrounded by four midcentury chairs offers a period appropriate surprise in the form of the sputnik style chandelier hanging overhead. Sliding glass doors lead from this space to a covered patio that offers more places to eat on a beautiful Sedona day.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Suite: This spacious room offers a king bed topped with linens that are soft and bright, a smart TV, a seating area off to the side for reading, and sliding glass doors that lead out to the wood deck just outside. Built-in cabinets represent the vintage era in which the home was built and an ensuite bath featuring a walk-in shower and a tiled single vanity.
Bedroom 2: Another king bed graces this space, which also offers a smart TV, and a comfortable period inspired reading chair above which hangs a unique standing lamp with brightly colored shade. The padded headboard in this room leads to comfortable nights browsing through the television options and access to a full shared bath with tub/shower combo and dramatic geometric designed tiles ensures that all the necessities of life are met with style and comfort!
Bedroom 3: A queen bed and plush arm chair gives the third bedroom a sumptuous feel, especially as large windows let in plenty of light and views. Another smart TV, a desk that can be used for social networking or meetings via Zoom, and access to the shared full bath completes the tour of the private spaces of Sedona Coffee Pot.
Backyard/Outdoor Spaces:
The luxurious Sedona lifestyle continues when you step out into the private and beautiful backyard oasis. Offering Adirondack chairs gathered round a firepit where ghost stories will be told and love stories will be continued, a comfy hammock and hot tub bubbling merrily under the clear blue skies of Sedona ensure that all your time spent outside will be as comfortable and peaceful as the minutes spent inside this special home.
