Master Bedroom 2- King size bed and a 55” Smart TV. Full bath includes granite countertops and a shower.
Master Bedroom 3- King size adjustable-base bed and a 55” Smart TV. Access to a full shared bath with a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 4- Two Twin Beds (or can be converted to a King bed upon request and $30 fee), Smart TV, full en suite bathroom. a high top table to work or eat at and you guessed it, stunning views! Please note: This bedroom can only be accessed from the exterior of the house. To access, exit the lower living room onto the deck. A few steps away, you will find the 4th bedroom behind the door to your right.
Lower Level Bonus Sitting Room -- bonus sitting room on the lower level with TV, printer and access to lower deck.
The home’s outdoor areas are simply unforgettable. With its multiple patios and decks, and outdoor furnishings, you can enjoy the fresh air and views at any time of day. It also features a heated pool open during the summer months, and a hot tub available year-round, among a lush landscaping and views.
To top off the luxury and amenities, the property is located in a very private and quiet neighborhood while being within walking distance to the best Sedona has to offer. Due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions mainly during fall and winter months, the pool cannot be heated October 1-March 31. There are also multiple pool floats available for your use. The pool's shallow depth is 3' and 8' at the deep end.
