Sedona Red Rock Loop Description
Located in the Red Rock Loop area, this property provides you with a great location, peaceful surroundings, as well as wealth of features and amenities. Sedona Red Rock Loop is especially popular with hiking enthusiasts as it is close to many of the area’s trails.
This property comprises the main house of 2,100 square fee and a casita of 700 square feet which has four bedrooms and three bathrooms to accommodate up to ten guests.
There is a main house with a detached casita. Entering the single-level, main house through the front door, you’ll step into the great room holding the living room, dining area and kitchen with cool tile flooring throughout. The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the casita has a living and kitchen area with a loft bedroom and a downstairs bathroom. You can find the casita's private entrance to the left of the house and attached to the garage.
Living Room: This spacious room offers plentiful comfortable modern furnishings and a Smart TV – open and bright with the high ceiling with sky lights. Fireplace is not operational. Just off the living room is an Arizona sunroom with a comfy sofa and table with seating for four, making it a cozy place to enjoy the warmth of the sun and red rock views. Or step out onto the large deck for some fresh air and views.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with updated stainless-steel appliances, including a glass top electric range, tile counters, bar seating for six.
Dining Area: The dining area has seating for eight guests.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom — California king bed, Smart TV, access to the sunroom; the en suite bath offers dual sinks, jetted soaking tub, separate shower.
Bedroom 2 — King bed, Smart TV, and access to the shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3 — Two twin beds, and access to the shared full bathroom.
Casita:
Entering the casita through its front door, puts you right into a cozy seating area with a full-size sleeper sofa. Then you’ll find the well-equipped kitchenette that includes a glass top stove top, a microwave and lovely stone counters. There is a refrigerator/freezer and kitchen bar with seating for two.
The bathroom is located on this level and features stone counters and a large tile shower. A stacked washer and dryer set is also found here.
The casita bedroom (bedroom 4) is located on the upper level and features a king size bed and a Smart TV.
Outdoor Spaces:
The home has a spacious deck with lots of outdoor furnishings, a BBQ grill and lots of surrounding views.
Internet Access: Mesh system provides high-speed Wi-Fi
Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer and stacked set in the casita
Parking: Two-car garage with additional driveway parking
Air conditioning: Yes, central in the main house, casita has two split wall mount cooling systems
