Living Room: This room offers a modern design and ambiance, and plenty of natural light. Enjoy contemporary style furnishings including a large curved sectional, a gas fireplace, 75" Smart TV with DirecTV, and patio access where you can take in more of the surrounding views.
Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s delight and is fully equipped with high-end Wolf appliances, including a Wolf gas range and convection oven, and Subzero refrigerator. You’ll love the stone counters that are perfect for easy meal prep and entertaining. The center island with bar seating for four is a great place for additional dining space or just a quick snack. The adjacent patio offers a natural gas BBQ and outdoor dining - perfect for a tasty outdoor meal or evening cocktail.
Dining Area: The dining area has seating for eight guests.

Master Bedroom — King size bed, Smart TV with DirecTV, gas fireplace, and a private balcony with patio swinging chairs and those exceptional views. The private bathroom offers double stone counter sinks, a soaking tub and a large separate shower with a bench seat.
Bedroom 2 — King bed, Smart TV with DirecTV, private balcony, access to the full shared bathroom with double sinks and a shower.
Bedroom 3 — Queen bed, twin-over-twin bunk beds, Smart TV with DirecTV, access to the full shared bathroom with double sinks and a shower.

Guests can enjoy the community clubhouse gastro-pub style restaurant and bar for breakfast, lunch, cocktail hour or dinner. Internet Access: High speed Wifi. Please be aware that the Seven Canyon area has no cell phone reception. In order to make calls, you will have to connect to the WiFi and turn on WiFi calling in your cell phone settings.
