This single-level home offers a spacious 2,353 square feet, three bedrooms and two bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.
Enter through the private front entry door into the main living space, which seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen.
Living Room: The living room boasts an open and airy design with high ceilings that add to the sense of space. Bask in the glow of natural light that fills the room, creating an inviting and calming atmosphere. Furnished with a comfortable sofa, accent chairs, stone electric fireplace, and a Smart TV, this space is perfect for relaxation.
Kitchen: The open kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Whether you're whipping up a quick snack or preparing a gourmet meal, you'll have everything you need. The kitchen island offers additional workspace, and the double door pantry provides ample storage.
Dining Area: Adjacent to the kitchen, the contemporary dining table seats 6 and offers spectacular red rock views through the large window. This area also provides direct access to a private patio, allowing you to enjoy your meals with a backdrop of nature.
There is also a built in desk area perfect to get some work done.
