Inside this completely renovated, one-level property, you’ll find three cozy bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms with plenty of space to sleep up to six guests. Enjoy the many unique personal touches that make the house feel like home.
After entering the home through the front entryway, you will be within the open and airy great room with stunning porcelain tile flooring, a cozy and comfortable living room, beautiful kitchen and dining area — all with many windows and terrific views.
Living Room: In the living room, you’ll find modern, contemporary-style furnishings, a cozy electric fireplace, and a bright and open ambiance. Enjoy the Smart TV with theater surround sound system, premium cable channels and even a DVD library. You will also have direct access to the deck.
Kitchen: The kitchen space offers new stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner electric cooktop, along with granite countertops, shaker cabinets, and a center island with seating for four. Check out the under-cabinet TV!
Dining area: The dining area offers seating for six. And for a personal touch, enjoy the wine rack with “Take a Bottle, Leave a Bottle” honor system. And don’t forget to sign the guest book!

Master Bedroom— King size bed with new, organic (non-toxic) mattresses and linens, Smart TV, and deck access. The private bathroom offers a freestanding soaking tub, a separate shower and dual sinks with gorgeous marble tile.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with new, organic (non-toxic) mattresses and linens. This room also has access to the shared full bathroom with a marble tile shower.
Bedroom 3 - Two Twin Beds (or put together to make a king upon request and $30 fee) with new, organic (non-toxic) mattresses and linens. This room shares the full bathroom with bedroom 2.

Outdoor/Patio areas:
The outdoor spaces are serene and plentiful. The deck offers a wonderful outdoor dining area with plenty of seating and a BBQ. The deck is a marvelous place to take in the stunning sunrises and sunsets while enjoying outdoor dining, your morning coffee, or evening cocktail.
