Walk through the courtyard where there is a peaceful rock waterfall and enter the front door. Once through the door, you’ll be right in the open floorplan great room holding the living room, dining area, and kitchen —all accentuated by gorgeous wood-beam ceilings and surrounding views of Mingus Mountain.
Living Room: In the living room, you’ll enjoy comfortable seating, cozy gas fireplace, and Smart TV.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with professional grade appliances including a double oven with 6 burner gas range, oak cabinets, spacious counters, and a kitchen island with seating for four.
Dining space: The breakfast nook off the kitchen offers seating for four and beautiful views of the surrounding mountain vistas. The separate formal dining area offers seating for eight.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master bedroom—King-size bed, Smart TV, gas fireplace and, private access to the backyard; the ensuite bathroom offers two sinks, a large walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub.
Bedroom 2 – King-size bed, Smart TV and access to full shared bathroom.
Bedroom 3 – Queen-size bed and access to full shared bathroom.
Bedroom 4– Two Twin-size and seating area. Also enjoy a competitive game of foosball! Access to a full shared bathroom

Bathroom 3– Full shared bathroom offers a tub/shower combo.
Outdoor Spaces:
The backyard space is an oasis with natural landscaping and a rock water feature. There are paver patios with plenty of outdoor furnishings - making it the perfect place for taking in the views. There is also outdoor dining and a propane gas BBQ where you can grill up some of your favorites. Relax in the private hot tub while you enjoy the breathtaking desert sunsets!
