You will be walking distance from the Sedona Golf Resort and the Collective Plaza where you can enjoy a selection of restaurants, including the award-winning Cucina Rustica restaurant. Close by are also many hiking and biking trails!
The single level home offers a spacious 2,096 square feet, three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms to sleep up to seven guests.
Stepping through the home’s front door puts you into the open floor plan great room holding the living room, kitchen and dining areas.
Living Room: This room offers comfortable furnishings including a spacious sectional sofa, a cozy fireplace and a Smart TV.
Kitchen: The kitchen space is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a gas stovetop, wine fridge, and plentiful counterspace. There’s a convenient kitchen island with bar top seating for three.
Dining Area: This dining area has a table with seating for up to seven diners.
