Entering through the front door puts you directly in this single level home’s great room with the living room, dining room and kitchen areas. There is also a bonus family room as well. This area boasts a multitude of surrounding windows that bathe the area in natural light and views.
Living Room: Featuring comfortable furnishings, gas fireplace, and access to the deck area where you can take in the views and warm of the sun.
Kitchen: The kitchen is open and spacious and comes well equipped with stainless steel appliances, including double ovens, a gas stovetop and a wine fridge. There is also seating for three at the kitchen bar.
Dining Area: The dining area offers seating for eight guests, deck access and views of the preserve.
Family Room: Casual seating, Smart TV, cocktail/wine bar and access to the deck.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Suite — King size bed, Smart TV and a private deck that also provides access to the rooftop deck. The private bathroom features a walk-in closet, water closet, two separate vanities and a separate shower. **The bathtub is currently not available for use, but there is a separate walk-in shower option.
Bedroom 2 — King size bed, Smart TV, access to a full shared bathroom offering two sinks, and a tub/shower combo.
