This spacious 4,000 square foot property comfortably sleeps 10 guests in 4 bedroom + Bonus room and 3.5 modern bathrooms.
Upon entering Sedona Cliffside through the home’s private entrance, you’re greeted by an expansive open floor plan that harmoniously blends the living room, kitchen, and dining area under charming wood beam ceilings and is bathed in natural light.
Living Area: Sink into comfort in the spacious living room featuring a leather sectional, accent chairs, and a 75” Smart TV. Please note, the fireplace is non-operational.
Lower Level Living Area: Features an oversized sectional perfect for lounging, a 75” Smart TV for entertainment, and direct access to the backyard area.
Kitchen: This completely remodeled kitchen boasts high-end stainless steel appliances, including a 6-burner gas stove. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a delicious meal!
Dining Area: Contemporary dining table with seating for 8, plus additional bar top seating for 3. Access the patio directly from the dining area for outdoor dining experiences.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms: (*All beds have sleep number bedding and pillows*)
Master Bedroom (Main Level) – King bed with adjustable bases and beauty rest mattress, 55” smart TV, walk-in closet, and access to back deck. En suite bathroom with double vanities, soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 (Main Level)- King bed with adjustable bases and beauty rest mattress, 55”smart TV, and access to full shared bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3 (Lower Level)- King bed with adjustable bases and beauty rest mattress, 55” smart TV, walk-in closet, private backyard access and access to full shared bathroom with large walk in shower.
Bedroom 4 (Lower Level)- Two twins beds with beauty rest mattress (which can be converted into a king bed by request and an additional fee), 55” Smart TV, and access to full shared bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bonus Room (Lower Level)- Two American leather twin sleeper sofas with Tempur-Pedic mattresses and 55" Smart TV.
