This Sedona Dream Weaver property is perfect for those who seek to explore the many trails of Sedona. The home is situated in a peaceful Chapel area neighborhood and is in close proximity of many trails — Cathedral Rock Trailhead is 0.6 miles away, while Little Horse Trailhead/Bell Rock Trail are only 0.4 miles away!
The single-level home is spacious with 2,445 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms, to accommodate up to six guests.
Entry to this home is through the gated courtyard the lovely large wood front door. You will step into the inviting foyer with custom tilework, and then into the main great room with the living room, kitchen and dining areas. This entire area offers an open and airy feel with its high ceilings.
Living Room: Features a comfortable leather sectional, 55” Smart TV with Sling TV, and a unique see-through gas fireplace.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and provides stainless steel appliances, including a convenient wine fridge, Dacor double ovens, and a four-burner gas stovetop. The kitchen’s bar offers seating for two and you’ll enjoy the wonderful breakfast nook with a table for six, accentuated by the see-through fireplace. You can also step out onto the back patio through the lovely French doors.
Dining Area: The dining area offers seating for six and wonderful surrounding red rock views.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Master Bedroom — King size bed, 55” Smart TV with Sling TV, a cozy gas fireplace, and access to the patio. The en suite bathroom has two vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate tile shower.
Bedroom 2–King bed, 55” Smart TV with Sling TV, patio access. The shared full bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Bedrooms 3 – Two twin beds (can be put together for a king size upon request and $30 fee), 55” Smart TV with Sling TV, and a gas fireplace. There is also access to shared full bathroom.
Outdoor/Patio areas:
The Rosa flagstone patio in the back is grand and serene offering a private 5-person hot tub (with Bluetooth stereo) and a soothing waterfall feature. There is a raised patio with built-in bench seating and chairs, and a natural gas fire pit. Have your meals outdoors and grill up your favorites on the built-in natural gas, 4-burner Lion BBQ. There’s also a welcoming front courtyard that features a bistro table and chairs.
