The casita has serene and wooded surroundings with close up views for the stunning Sedona red rocks. You’ll love the location that is close to the iconic Chapel of the Holy Cross, many popular hiking trails and activities.
Built in 2020, this unique casita offers 1,000 square feet, one bedroom and one and a half bathrooms to sleep up to three guests.
Stepping through the front door puts you right into the great room with the living room and kitchen.
Living Room: Features comfortable furnishings including a sofa-sleeper, a 55" Smart TV with Cable, as well as plenty of windows to let you enjoy views and natural light.
Kitchen/Dining: The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and stone counters, and convenient dining at the kitchen bar with seating for three. Kitchenette with portable electric stove top and full-size toaster oven.
Master bedroom— King size bed and patio access. The en suite bathroom offers double sinks, lighted mirrors and a separate tile/glass shower.

Outdoor Spaces:
Rooftop deck with hot tub, outdoor dining furniture, BBQ, and outdoor sink. There are the stunning surrounding views to enjoy. The ground level patio is a wonderful place to take in the views and desert breezes.
