You will feel like you are away from it all, yet you will be in a convenient West Sedona location that is just a ½ mile to Highway 89A, where you’ll find many popular shops and restaurants.
The home offers 2,400 square feet, three bedrooms (all masters), three full bathrooms, and space to accommodate up to six guests in luxury.
When entering the two-level home through the front door into the main level, you’ll be greeted by an open concept great room holding the living room, dining area and kitchen — all with tile flooring throughout.
Living Room: The living room is spacious and bright, and the floor-to-ceiling windows bring in the stunning views. You’ll enjoy comfortable furnishings and a 55” TV with DirecTV programming.
Kitchen: The kitchen features GE appliances including a five-burner gas stovetop, double convection ovens, and a double drawer dishwasher. There are expansive granite counters and a center island that accentuate the alder wood cabinets. Enjoy a snack at the bar with seating for two.
Dining Area: The dining area has seating for four with access to the patio and amazing views.
Den: Located near the front entrance, you will find built-in desk space and a printer, making it convenient for those who may need to catch up on some work. Please be aware the internet access may be limited.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Grand master suite (main level) – King size bed and a 53” Smart TV with DirecTV programming. The private bathroom offers an oversized jetted tub, double vanities, separate shower and walk in closet. Enjoy the patio access and of course, the views.
Master Bedroom 2 (main level) — Queen size bed and private patio with a bistro table and chairs and stunning views. The full bathroom offers a tile and glass shower.
Master Bedroom 3 (lower level) — Two twin beds (these can be converted to a King bed upon request and with prior notice), a 53” Smart TV with DirecTV programming, and a private bathroom with a tile and glass shower. In addition to the interior stairway access, there is a door to the exterior as well.
Outdoor Areas: The home features an immaculately landscaped yard and paver patio. Enjoy the built-in natural gas BBQ and unique beehive gas fireplace. There are lovely dining and seating areas where you can take in all the panoramic views. A hot tub was just added! Photos coming soon.
