The luxury home offers an expansive 5,700 square feet with four bedrooms and four bathrooms to accommodate up to nine guests. This home is true to its name, a Luxury Escape. Enjoy all the high end upgrades this property offers as well as breathtaking panoramic views from the expansive back deck.
Entering the home through the front door, you’ll step into the open floor plan holding the living room, kitchen, and dining area — all accentuated with high wood beam ceilings and natural light.
Living Room: This space offers two sofas, accent chairs, a 60” Smart TV, and a gas fireplace with a hand-cut stone front. Enjoy the stunning views from the many surrounding windows. Enjoy relaxing in the adjacent seating area (on the other side of the room’s see-through fireplace) offering cozy accent chairs, a Smart TV, and convenient access to the back deck.
Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped with upgraded stainless-steel appliances, spacious stone counters, and a 10-foot double island with seating for four. The entire kitchen is accented with Taj Mahal quartzite.
Dining area: The dining area offers a dining table with seating for six.
Media room: Settle back in the comfortable sectional while watching your favorite programs on the Smart TV. There’s also convenient deck access.
Game area (lower level): This space offers a Smart TV, cozy fireplace, shuffleboard, pool table, game table, and a foosball table and will provide fun for guests of any age!
Master bedroom (main level) — King bed, 55” Smart TV, cozy seating area, large walk-in closet, private access to the back deck where you’ll find easy access to the hot tub. The ensuite bathroom offers dual sinks and a spacious walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 (lower level) - King bed, desk area, inviting seating area with sectional seating, and a 60” Smart TV. You’ll also enjoy easy access to the back patio. The private bathroom features a shower.
Bedroom 3 (lower level) - Queen bed, 40” Smart TV, Built in desk area and access to full shared bathroom.
Bedroom 4/bunk room – Full-over queen bunk bed, cozy sofa, 43” Smart TV, and a small kids’ table. Access to full shared bathroom.
Bathroom 3 (lower level) and Bathroom 4 (main level) offer a spacious shower.
Outdoor Spaces:
You will love the large wrap-around upper deck where you’ll enjoy plenty of outdoor seating and a propane BBQ grill. There’s also a private hot tub for you to relax in! Did we mention numerous breathtaking red rock views?! On the lower-level patio, you can enjoy even more seating options.
