Sedona Maxwell Ridge Description
Located in West Sedona, Sedona Maxwell Ridge has all the features and amenities you want for your Sedona vacation accommodation. Its wonderful location is close to AZ-89A where you will love exploring the many restaurants and shops. Just a few blocks away are several trailheads and the National Forest.
The two-story home offers a spacious 2,263 square feet with four bedrooms and three bathrooms to easily sleep up to eight guests.
You will enter the property through the lower-level front door, and then go up a few stairs to the upper level, where you will find the main living area with the living room, kitchen and dining area.
Living Room: This room features two couches, armchairs, a 65” Smart TV and a convenient desk area — and is accentuated by soaring ceilings.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, plenty of counterspace and an island with a flat top stove. There is also access off the kitchen to the outside deck.
Dining area: The dining area offers a dining table with seating for eight.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master bedroom (main level)— King size bed, 55” Smart TV and upper deck/patio access. The ensuite bathroom features double sinks, and a large walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 (lower level) – Two twin beds, 55” Smart TV
Bedroom 3 (lower level) – Queen bed, 43” Smart TV
Bedroom 4: (upper level)- Queen Murphy Bed and access to the upper-level patio/deck. This room as has a desk area perfect for getting some work done or conference calls!
Shared bathroom 2 (main level) has a vanity and a shower.
Shared bathroom 3 (lower level) offers double sinks and a tub/shower combo.
Outdoor Spaces:
Enjoy the upper-level patio/deck with seating areas, and the backyard area featuring patio dining furnishings.

Parking: One-car garage and additional driveway parking. There is also an Electric Vehicle Charger in the garage for guest use. Please note that RV parking is not allowed.
