Living Room: This room offers a modern design and ambiance. Enjoy contemporary style furnishings, a gas fireplace, 60” Smart TV, and convenient patio access where you can enjoy more of the surrounding views.
Kitchen: The kitchen is a gourmet’s delight and comes is fully equipped, and offers high-end appliances, incorporating a Wolf gas range, and Subzero refrigerator. It features plenty of counter space for easy meal prep and entertaining, including an expansive center island with bar seating for four. Step out onto the patio where you’ll find a natural gas BBQ and outdoor dining - perfect for a tasty outdoor meal or two.
Dining Area: The dining area has seating for eight at a stunning and unique wood dining table.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms (all on upper level):
Master Bedroom — King size bed, 50” Smart TV, gas fireplace, desk area, and a private balcony with those stunning views. The private bathroom offers double stone counter sinks, a soaking tub and a large separate shower with a bench seat.
Bedroom 2 — King bed, 50” Smart TV, private balcony, access to the full shared bathroom with double sinks and a shower.
Bedroom 3 — Two queen beds and shares full bath with bedroom 2.

Guests can enjoy the community clubhouse gastro-pub style restaurant and bar for breakfast, lunch, cocktail hour or dinner. Stay fit in a state-of-the-art fitness center featuring Keiser equipment and Power Plate machines, swim year-round in the heated pool with lap lanes, or relax in the steam room located in each locker room. Enjoy the 18-hole Tom Weiskopf award-winning par-72 golf course, practice range, pro shop, putting green and golf lessons. Payment is required at the restaurant and golf facilities.
Internet Access: High Speed Wi-Fi. Please be aware that the Seven Canyon area has no cell phone reception. In order to make calls, you will have to connect to the WiFi and turn on WiFi calling in your cell phone settings.
