Living Room: This room offers contemporary-style furnishings including a large sectional, a gas fireplace, a 75” Smart TV, and patio access where you can take in more of the surrounding views.
Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances, including a Wolf gas range and convection oven, and Subzero refrigerator. You’ll love the all stone counters that are perfect for easy meal prep and entertaining. The center island with bar seating for four is a great place for additional dining space or just a quick snack. The adjacent patio features a BBQ and outdoor dining furniture - perfect for a tasty outdoor meal or two.
Dining Area: The dining area has seating for eight.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms (all bedrooms are on the upper level):
Master Bedroom — King-size bed, 65” Smart TV, gas fireplace, and a private balcony with patio furnishings and views. The private bathroom offers double stone counter sinks, a soaking tub, and a large separate shower with a bench seat.
Bedroom 2 — King bed, 55” Smart TV, private balcony, access to the full shared bathroom with double sinks, and a large walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3 — Queen size bed, 40” Smart TV, access to the full shared bathroom with double sinks and a shower.

Outdoor spaces:
The private patio and deck spaces offer a gas BBQ and plenty of outdoor seating options. Enjoy the fire pit area that overlooks the golf course and offers views of the surrounding red rock vistas.
Seven Canyons Community Amenities:
Community amenities include the community clubhouse gastro-pub style restaurant and bar for breakfast, lunch, cocktail hour, or dinner. Enjoy a workout in a state-of-the-art fitness center featuring Keiser equipment and Power Plate machines or have a swim in the heated pool with lap lanes or relax in the steam room located in each locker room. Take advantage of the 18-hole Tom Weiskopf award-winning par-72 golf course, practice range, pro shop, putting green and golf lessons. Payment is required at the restaurant and golf facilities.
Internet Access: High Speed Wi-Fi. Please be aware that the Seven Canyon area has no cell phone reception. In order to make calls, you will have to connect to the WiFi and turn on WiFi calling in your cell phone settings.
