Sedona Soar Description
You will feel like you are “on top of the world” when choosing the spectacular Sedona Soar. It sits on a an expansive 1.22-acre lot in West Sedona, and it is perched on a gently sloping bluff to offer unobstructed red rock views of Standing Eagle Rock (aka Coffee Pot Rock), Capital Butte, Keyhole and Cave, along with privacy and serene surroundings. There is access to many great hiking trails right from the neighborhood!
This single-level home offers a spacious 3,600 square feet, four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests.
From the front door entryway, you’ll step into an open great room that holds the living room, kitchen and dining areas. This entire space is accentuated by soaring vaulted ceilings, hickory hardwood and a multitude of windows.
Living Room: This airy room offers contemporary, comfortable furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace, and Smart TV that is surrounded by windows and slider doors each with an inviting seating to take in the amazing views.
Kitchen: The kitchen features a stainless appliances from Thermador, Fratzz Italia, Edgestar and Bosch, including an extra large refrigerator with ice maker, a gas range, two ovens (gas and electric), and a large center island with seating for four. There is also a high-top bistro-style table with seating for four and a convenient wine bar with a specialized fridge. There is a second full-size refrigerator in the garage for a large group or special occasions.
Dining Area: The dining room offers seating for eight and plenty of views from here too. Open the large sliding door and extend this dining area to the outdoor patio where you’ll enjoy outdoor dining furnishings and stunning views.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom — King size bed, 55" Smart TV and DVD player, and two enormous walk in closets (one with two separate entrances). The master bathroom offers two sinks, a large soaking tub with views, and a separate extra large spa-like shower with four showerheads.
Bedroom 2 and 3 — Each bedroom offers two queen beds, a 55" Smart TV and access to a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 4 — Queen bed, two twin beds, 55" Smart TV, a gas fireplace and, of course, fabulous views.
Backyard/Outdoor Spaces:
Enjoy a large paver patio with outdoor seating, Fire Pit, and a BBQ; the wraparound deck swanks breathtaking scenery. On top of this amazing property, there is also a private pool and hot tub – perfect for the entire group.
Pool: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $150 per day. Due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions during the fall and winter months, the pool cannot be heated October 1-March 31. The pool depth is 3-6 feet.

Parking: Two-car garage, and additional driveway parking for two or three cars
