It is located in Uptown Sedona and close to SR 89A, where you’ll enjoy a large selection of shopping, restaurants and easy access to many hiking and biking trails. Uptown Shopping District where you can find jeep tours, bike tours, dining and nightlife is just 3 blocks walking distance!
Offering 2,600 square feet, this single-level house features four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms to accommodate up to nine guests.
Entering the home through the front door, and you’ll step into the open floor plan great room holding the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Enjoy this space’s expansive views, from the many surrounding windows.
Living Room: Enjoy modern furnishings including a spacious leather sectional, 85” Smart TV, decorative (non-functional) fireplace.
Kitchen: The kitchen comes fully equipped with black stainless steel appliances, spacious quartz counters, and convenient kitchen island with seating for six.
Separate dining area: The dining area offers a dining table with seating for nine.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master bedroom— California king bed, 55” Smart TV, private access to the backyard. The private bathroom features a makeup vanity and a spacious walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 - California king bed, 55” Smart TV. The En suite bathroom features a shower.
Bedroom 3 - Queen bed, 35” Smart TV, and access to the Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 4/bunk room – Triple twin bunk beds, 35” Smart TV and access to the Jack-n-Jill bathroom.

You will love spending time in the outdoor spaces. You’ll enjoy plenty of seating, a hot tub, fire pit table, and a propane BBQ grill
